About
A small company building the system it uses to sell itself, in public, with the review record open.
What we are doing
Tobto builds agentic go-to-market systems. The short version of the thesis: producing output stopped being the constraint, and what replaced it is context — knowing what a company has decided, keeping that in one place, and letting the work read from it.
The longer version, including where we disagree with how the word agentic is being used, is on why Tobto.
Where we actually are
Early, and specific about it. The store, the agents and the review gate are running. The measurement half — what closes the loop from a published outcome back into the store — is being built and is not done.
We run the system on ourselves first. Everything published here was drafted by it and reviewed by a person, and the operating log is the unedited version of how that is going.
How we work
- A person signs off on everything public.
- Not as a safeguard bolted on afterward. It is the design, and it is why the output is something anyone is willing to put their name to.
- Claims have owners.
- A number without a source does not go on a page. Where we do not know something, the honest answer is that we do not know it yet.
- We say what is not built.
- Roadmap is written as roadmap. It costs a little conviction on a landing page and saves the conversation where somebody finds out in a demo.
