ContentOS
The content team you can't afford to hire.
The content module of an agentic GTM system: one store of what you have decided, agents that draft from it, and a person on the gate.
What it is
A module running on the shared layers — the store, the gate, and the trackers. ContentOS is the first OS on the brain, and it covers the content function: what gets written, on what trigger, read from what, and approved by whom.
Six drafting agents, one per kind of content work, because a case study and an onboarding email do not share a trigger, a cadence, or a review standard — the six categories are how that is cut, and the agents are what runs on it.
Where it actually is
- Running
- The store, the drafting agents for educate and comparison work, and the review gate.
- In build
- The first phase — six kinds of educate content, comparison pages, and the pipeline that turns one piece into several.
- Not built
- Measurement. Nothing yet closes the loop from a published result back into the store.
Everything on this site was drafted by it and reviewed by a person. The operating log is the record of that, including the parts that went wrong.
