What it would do
Data comes in from the systems a company already runs. This is the other direction: the work going back out to them, so the result of a run lands in the place the team already looks rather than in a separate tool nobody opens.
It is not outbound
Worth saying plainly, because the two are easy to conflate. Writing a record back into a system is not the same as sending a message to a person. Nothing here sends anything on anyone’s behalf.
Outbound at Tobto is founder-led and fed by the system rather than run by it. There is no outbound agent, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting one exists or is coming.
State
Nothing is built. This layer describes an intended part of the architecture, and it is the newest of the six — it was not in the original frame at all, which named state, perception, control and measurement, and had no word for the hands.
